Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage product teams, owning features from E2E.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Economy, BI/BA, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Guide the ideation, development, and launch of innovative features.
  • Execute the product vision and strategy, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation.
  • Oversee requirement analysis, manage the creation of PRDs, UI/UX flows, and wireframes, and lead backlog prioritization and development execution
  • Focus on delivering a top-notch user experience, gathering feedback, and iterating on improvements
  • Monitor product performance, analyze data, and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a management role within product management, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Experience in real money gaming - advantage.
  • Strong passion for games and the gaming industry, with a deep understanding of gaming trends and player behavior.
  • Proven project management skills—organized, self-sufficient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Experience in building and prioritizing product roadmaps to align with business goals and user needs.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
